This blog is for flutists who tire of lengthy arias and just want to play some Rihanna or Coldplay.
All the work is my own, so I try to do songs that Kallyn (http://flutersmusic.blogspot.com) hasn't transcribed yet in order to avoid the accusations of copying.
If I don't have requests for songs, I'll be finding the notes for bands that I think are worth promoting or just songs from my personal music taste in general (pop punk/metalcore/alt rock/etc). If you're not into this kind of music, have no fear! I will post a lot of Top 40 songs here, so there is something for everyone. I take any and (almost) all requests, so please don't be shy!
All songs are posted in the keys that the original song was created in, so sorry if you aren't a huge fan of flats or sharps and the song that you want to play has a lot of them!
I started this just for fun (and because I love music), and I really hope some other musicians find the same in this blog.
